At Clairon, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy, subject to the conditions outlined below.
You may request a return within sixty (60) days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, the product must:
Be returned in its original packaging
Be in the same condition in which it was received
Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging are not eligible for a refund.

Please do not return any item without receiving prior authorization from our team.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
The return address will be provided by our support team after your request has been approved.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Products returned without original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return requests submitted more than 60 days after delivery
Orders identified as abusive or fraudulent
Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
Gift cards

Most issues can be resolved quickly and efficiently through our customer service team.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in restrictions on future purchases.
Customers located within the European Union may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order.
To exercise this right:
The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
The customer must notify us before the withdrawal period expires
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
This statutory right is independent of our voluntary 60-day return policy.
