These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getclairon.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by CLAIRON LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States ("Clairon", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. You confirm that the purchase and use of our products are permitted in your country of residence.

3. Our Products

Clairon products are cosmetic products for external use on adult skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results vary from person to person. Customer reviews and testimonials reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results. Always read the label and directions for use before use. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if irritation occurs, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have a medical condition.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colors and packaging may vary slightly. We may modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and at checkout and may change at any time without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at checkout when you place it. Applicable taxes and shipping costs, if any, are displayed before you confirm your order.

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize CLAIRON LLC to charge it for the total amount of your order. If a price or product information is displayed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid, or offer you the option to proceed at the correct price.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraud, or orders that appear to be placed by resellers. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier, without prejudice to our commitment to replace or refund lost packages as described in our Shipping Policy.

7. 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee and Refunds

Purchases made on getclairon.com are covered by our 100-Day Money-Back Guarantee, including opened and used products, under the conditions set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The guarantee is limited to one use per customer and per household and does not apply to products purchased from third parties. We may decline requests that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or abusive.

8. Payment Disputes

If you have any issue with an order, you agree to contact us first at contact@getclairon.com so that we can resolve it, including through our Money-Back Guarantee. Initiating a chargeback for an order that has been refunded, or that is eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy, may be treated as misuse of the Site, and we may refuse future orders.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or other users' accounts;
• copy, scrape, or redistribute content from the Site without our written consent;

• resell our products without our prior written authorization.

We may moderate or remove any submission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CLAIRON LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLAIRON LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Before starting any legal proceedings, you agree to contact us in writing and give us thirty (30) days to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico. Nothing in this section deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence or of your right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence where such laws allow it.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. The Terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

19. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and CLAIRON LLC regarding the Site and your purchases.
